En FACEUP estamos buscando un(a) concierge (cosmetologa, vendedora, recepción) para nuestra clínica de armonización facial en Polanco, Ciudad de México.
Como concierge, serás responsable de diversas tareas como asistir a médicos en tratamientos de belleza estéticos, realizar faciales y cuidados post-tratamiento, asi como manejar la recepción, agenda y cobro de la clínica.
We are looking for a professional with experience in the health field, excellent presentation and experience in customer service.
Our aesthetic treatments include Botox, hyaluronic acid, Dermapen and similar treatments.
Requirements:
- Minimum training and experience as a nurse of two years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medicine or aesthetic clinics.
- Excellent presentation.
- Basic English.
- Service attitude
- Interest in aesthetic medicine.
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Schedule availability
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and deal with patients of different ages and genders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance to doctors in aesthetic treatments
- Non-invasive aesthetic treatments
- Pre- and post-treatment facials
- Clinic reception management
- Responsible for clinic communications on WhatsApp, Telephone, Social Networks.
- Agenda management with clients
- Collection with point of sale and terminal
- Inventory and cash cutting
- Log control
Wanted:
- If you have experience and interest in creating content on social networks, it is highly advantageous.
